Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction

PixCutly is a product of Ainan Signage Company. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to your use of PixCutly websites and services, including uploads, prompts, generated outputs, Community submissions, and related features.

This AUP supplements the Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use PixCutly.

2. Prohibited Uses

You must not use PixCutly to:

  • engage in unlawful activity or to violate applicable law
  • commit fraud, scams, or other deceptive financial or identity schemes
  • engage in deceptive impersonation of a person, brand, or organisation
  • use another person's likeness or voice without the rights and consent required by applicable law
  • create or distribute non-consensual synthetic, deepfake, or similar media intended to deceive or harm
  • create, upload, or distribute sexual exploitation material, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • create or distribute unlawful explicit content
  • harass, threaten, or incite violence against others
  • violate privacy, including doxxing or unauthorised disclosure of personal data
  • infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, or other intellectual-property rights
  • distribute malware, phishing content, or other harmful code
  • use stolen or unauthorised payment credentials
  • circumvent safety, security, authentication, metering, or rate limits
  • use abusive automation that interferes with the service or other users
  • promote or facilitate illegal goods or services
  • attempt to use PixCutly to violate applicable law in any other way

3. Enforcement

Subject to applicable law and the Terms of Service, PixCutly may restrict, remove, or refuse content, and may suspend or terminate access, where we reasonably believe this AUP or the Terms have been violated, or where needed for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

PixCutly does not claim that all prohibited activity is detected automatically. Enforcement may rely on reports, reviews, provider signals, or other information available to us.

4. Reporting

To report a suspected violation, contact support@pixcutly.com. Include enough detail for us to locate the material or account involved.

5. Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect revisions.
