AI / Synthetic Content Policy

1. Introduction

PixCutly is a product of Ainan Signage Company. This policy applies to AI-generated or AI-modified content you create or download using PixCutly, which may include:

• images
• audio
• AI Voice / text-to-speech
• music and background music (BGM)
• video
• avatars
• other synthetic media produced by enabled features

Not every feature is always available. Features, models, and providers may change, be limited, offered as beta or experimental, or discontinued.

2. Nature of AI Outputs

AI content may be inaccurate, incomplete, unexpected, or unsuitable. Generated content may not be unique and may resemble existing material unintentionally. Similar outputs may be produced for other users.

You must review outputs before publication or other use. PixCutly does not guarantee that outputs are copyrightable, exclusive, or legally cleared.

3. Your Inputs and Other People

You must possess all rights needed for prompts, uploads, images, audio, video, voice material, and other inputs. Where you use another person's likeness or voice, you must have the consent and rights required by applicable law.

Deceptive impersonation and fraudulent or deceptive synthetic media are prohibited. See also the Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.

4. Disclosures and Labelling

Where law, a platform, or the context of your use requires disclosure that content is AI-generated or synthetic, you are responsible for making that disclosure.

PixCutly does not currently add watermarks, C2PA credentials, or similar provenance metadata to outputs as a general product feature, and does not automatically label every output as AI-generated.

5. Voice, Avatars, and Beta Features

AI Voice currently provides text-to-speech. Voice cloning is not currently offered as a live PixCutly product feature.

Avatar Video and Full Movie functionality, where shown, may be beta or experimental and may behave unpredictably, be limited, delayed, or unavailable. Experimental avatar features may require additional likeness permission in the product interface.

6. Providers

AI features may rely on third-party providers and models. Those providers' terms, acceptable-use rules, and privacy practices may also apply to inputs and outputs processed through their systems.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect revisions.
