Copyright / IP Complaints

Last Updated: 28 September 2026

1. Introduction

PixCutly is a product of Ainan Signage Company. This page explains how to notify PixCutly of complaints involving:

  • copyright
  • trademarks
  • likeness or publicity rights
  • voice or impersonation
  • privacy-related content

This is PixCutly's complaint-intake process. It is not described as a United States DMCA process, and it does not create statutory response deadlines.

2. How to Submit a Complaint

Send complaints to support@pixcutly.com with the subject line indicating the type of complaint (for example "Copyright complaint" or "Likeness complaint").

Where applicable, please provide:

  • your full name
  • contact information (email and, if you wish, other contact details)
  • identification of the protected work, mark, likeness, voice, or right
  • the URL or other location of the allegedly infringing or offending material on PixCutly
  • an explanation of the complaint
  • proof or a statement of your authority to make the complaint
  • a good-faith statement that you believe the use is not authorised by the rights holder, their agent, or applicable law
  • a statement that the information in the complaint is accurate, and that you are authorised to act

3. What PixCutly May Do

After receiving a complaint, PixCutly may:

  • request additional information
  • restrict or remove content
  • contact the uploader or account holder where appropriate
  • preserve records where legally required or needed for security and disputes
  • act against repeat abuse, including suspension
  • reject incomplete, unsubstantiated, or fraudulent complaints

PixCutly does not promise a particular outcome or a fixed decision period.

4. Response Opportunity

If we restrict or remove material based on a complaint, the affected user may contact support@pixcutly.com to provide a response, including an explanation of why they believe the material is authorised or otherwise lawful. PixCutly may consider that response, request further information, and decide whether to maintain, modify, or reverse a restriction.

This is an operational opportunity to respond. It is not a formal statutory counter-notice procedure.

5. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect revisions.
