1. Introduction

PixCutly is a product of Ainan Signage Company. This Cookie Policy describes cookies and similar technologies currently used on PixCutly websites and services.

Public PixCutly pages may display a compact cookie choice: "Accept All" or "Essential Only". Essential authentication, session, and security technologies continue to operate regardless of your choice. Your choice is stored in first-party browser storage (currently localStorage) so it can persist across visits in that browser. Analytics is not initialized until you choose Accept All.

2. Essential Technologies

Essential cookies and similar technologies are used to authenticate users, maintain sessions, and operate PixCutly securely. This includes authentication and session technologies used to keep you signed in, and an administrative session cookie where you access the PixCutly admin area.

These technologies are first-party. Disabling essential technologies may prevent sign-in, account features, or other core functionality.

3. Functional Storage

PixCutly may use browser localStorage or sessionStorage to support editor and workspace handoffs and related in-product state (for example passing an image into the AI Editor, or retaining certain workspace drafts during a session).

This storage is typically first-party and is used to make a feature you requested work in the browser. Clearing it may interrupt an in-progress handoff or draft.

4. Affiliate Attribution

If you arrive through an Affiliate referral, PixCutly may set first-party attribution cookies named pix_aff and pix_aff_sid (or equivalent identifiers). In the current implementation these cookies may persist for approximately 30 days.

Their purpose is to attribute a referral so that, if a qualifying conversion later occurs, it can be associated with the referring affiliate subject to Affiliate Terms and program review.

5. Analytics

Where Google Analytics / GA4 is configured for the site, PixCutly may load Google Analytics scripts and related cookies or identifiers to understand how pages are used (for example page views and route changes). Google Analytics is a third-party service operated by Google.

Google Analytics is loaded only after you choose Accept All. If you choose Essential Only, or you have not yet made a choice, PixCutly does not initialize Google Analytics. If no measurement ID is configured, analytics scripts are not loaded.

6. Other Third-Party Requests

Some features may request external resources that are not cookies. For example, the AI Editor may load fonts from Google Fonts. That is a network request to a third party to display typography. This Cookie Policy does not treat Google Fonts as a PixCutly-set cookie.

Third-party content providers (for example stock-image hosts) may set or read their own cookies if you interact with provider-hosted content. Those practices are governed by the provider.

7. Browser Controls

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and similar storage. You may also use browser or device settings to limit third-party content. Blocking essential cookies may prevent PixCutly from functioning correctly.

8. Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect revisions.
