  • your full name
  • your registered email address
  • a clear description of the issue
  • the relevant PixCutly URL, content, or location
  • a transaction, order, or payment reference if applicable
  • screenshots or documents if relevant
  • rights or authority information for copyright, likeness, or similar complaints

PixCutly may request additional information reasonably necessary to investigate and resolve a grievance.

  • passwords
  • OTPs
  • card PINs
  • CVVs
  • authentication secrets
  • other unnecessary sensitive credentials
