1. Introduction

PixCutly is operated by RD AINAN GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. PixCutly is an AI-powered creative and content platform (including the KnoLz experience). Depending on what is enabled for your account and at the time of use, PixCutly may include tools such as background removal, AI image tools, PixCutly AI, an AI Editor, templates, AI Voice / text-to-speech, AI Video, AI background music (BGM), AI Song / music generation, user uploads and generated outputs, account and profile features, Community, an Affiliate program, AI Credits, paid Background Removal plans, and digital downloads or exports.

Not every feature, model, or provider is always available. Features may be changed, limited, suspended, offered as beta or experimental, or discontinued. Preview or development-only experiences, if shown, are not guaranteed products.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you use PixCutly websites and services (including pixcutly.com and related PixCutly experiences we operate).

2. Account Data

If you create or sign in to an account, we may process account-related information such as:

  • name or display name
  • email address
  • authentication and account identifiers
  • Google authentication data, where you choose to sign in with Google
  • profile or avatar image, where you provide one
  • account settings and preferences

3. User Content

Depending on the feature you use, PixCutly may process User Content that you submit or that is created for you, which may include:

  • prompts and other text
  • images
  • audio
  • video
  • voice samples where applicable to a feature that accepts them
  • uploaded assets
  • generated outputs
  • template, Community, or similar published or shared content

Processing User Content to provide a requested feature does not mean PixCutly claims ownership of that content. Ownership and licence terms are described in the Terms of Service.

4. Billing and Tax Data

Where you use paid features or complete a billing profile, we may process billing and tax-related information you provide, which may include:

  • billing or legal name
  • address
  • country and state or region
  • phone number, where provided
  • GSTIN or other tax identifier, where provided
  • customer type (for example individual or business)
  • invoice and related tax information

5. Payments

Payments for applicable PixCutly services are processed by Razorpay. PixCutly does not itself store full payment-card credentials. Card and similar payment credentials are handled by the payment processor according to its own practices.

PixCutly may receive and store transaction identifiers, payment status, subscription or order references, amounts, currency, and related billing records needed to operate paid services, issue invoices where applicable, prevent fraud, and maintain accounts.

Paid purchases, subscriptions, and Razorpay settlements currently remain associated with RD AINAN GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED pending a separate payment migration. That association does not change your existing paid entitlements. A new payment gateway is not claimed as operational on this site.

6. AI Credits

Where AI Credits are used, we may process records reasonably required to meter and administer credits, including:

  • credit wallet balance
  • grants
  • holds placed before or during processing
  • captures or settlements of credits for successful operations
  • releases of held credits where applicable
  • refunds or adjustments where applicable
  • feature-usage records required for metering

7. Affiliate Program

If you participate in or arrive through the Affiliate program, we may process:

  • affiliate or referral identifiers
  • attribution cookies or similar identifiers, including pix_aff and pix_aff_sid or equivalent identifiers
  • referral and conversion records
  • commission-related records where applicable

8. Community

If you use Community features, we may process content you submit, publish, or share through Community, together with associated account identifiers and moderation or safety records reasonably needed to operate that feature.

9. Support Communications

If you contact us, we may process:

  • contact-form submissions
  • support emails and related communications
  • AI support chat transcripts or messages, where that support channel is used

10. Technical Data

We may process technical, security, and usage information such as:

  • IP address
  • browser and device information
  • logs and diagnostic records
  • security events and abuse-prevention records
  • cookies, session identifiers, and similar technologies
  • usage and analytics data, where configured

11. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • provide, operate, secure, and improve PixCutly features you request
  • authenticate users and maintain sessions
  • process prompts, uploads, and files through our systems and, where needed for a feature, third-party providers
  • meter AI Credits and administer paid plans and purchases
  • process payments through Razorpay and maintain related records
  • operate Affiliate attribution and Community features where used
  • respond to support and contact requests
  • prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
  • measure and understand how the service is used, including analytics where configured
  • comply with applicable law and resolve disputes

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your content to train our own AI models based on current PixCutly practices described in this policy. Third-party providers process content according to their own terms and privacy policies when we send requests to them to deliver a feature.

12. Third-Party Processors and Services

PixCutly uses service providers depending on the feature you use. Not every provider receives every user's data. Examples of providers that may process information where the relevant feature is used include:

  • Supabase — authentication and database services
  • Google — OAuth sign-in; Gemini-family AI, Veo, Lyria, and text-to-speech where those features are used; and analytics where configured
  • OpenAI — AI functionality, support, caption, transcription, or related assistance where applicable
  • Razorpay — payment processing
  • D-ID — experimental or beta avatar functionality where that capability is enabled
  • Pexels — stock photo and video backgrounds where used
  • Pixabay — stock photo and video backgrounds where used
  • Unsplash — image previews or other Unsplash-hosted content where currently displayed
  • email / SMTP infrastructure — delivering support and transactional messages

These providers have their own privacy practices. Review their policies for details about how they handle data.

13. Third-Party Stock Content

Where you search, browse, preview, or select third-party stock content (including Pexels, Pixabay, Unsplash, or other content providers that may be used from time to time), those providers may process search terms, requested asset identifiers, and browser or network requests needed to display provider-hosted content.

PixCutly may temporarily ingest or cache certain stock assets when you select them for a supported workflow. For Avatar Studio stock assets, cached copies may be retained for a limited period (currently up to 48 hours) for that workflow. PixCutly does not promise that third-party assets will remain permanently available, and availability or licensing may change.

14. Cookies and Sessions

We use essential cookies and session technologies to keep you signed in and to operate PixCutly securely. Where you interact with Affiliate links, we may set attribution cookies such as pix_aff and pix_aff_sid or equivalent identifiers.

Where Google Analytics or similar analytics are configured, analytics cookies or similar technologies may also be used to understand site usage.

15. Data Retention

Retention depends on the type of information and the purpose of processing. We do not apply a single universal deletion period to all data.

  • Temporary processing copies may be short-lived. For example, certain background-removal pipeline files may be cleaned up after processing, and Avatar Studio stock cache copies may be retained for a limited period (currently up to 48 hours).
  • Account assets, generated outputs stored in your account or history, billing, security, and legal records may be retained longer as needed to provide the services, comply with law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or maintain records.
  • Operational logs, rate-limit records, and security events may be retained as reasonably necessary for reliability, security, and abuse prevention.
  • Content sent to third-party providers is processed to fulfil your request; retention by those providers is governed by their policies. PixCutly does not guarantee that prompts or uploads are never retained in every system involved in delivering a feature.

16. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Protect your account credentials and use PixCutly with appropriate caution.

17. Your Rights and Requests

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal or account data we hold. PixCutly does not currently provide a confirmed in-app account-deletion control. To make an applicable access, correction, deletion, or other privacy request, contact support@pixcutly.com.

We may need to verify your request and may retain certain information where legally required or needed for security, billing, or legitimate business records.

18. Children and Minors

PixCutly is not intended to knowingly collect personal data of children in a manner contrary to applicable law. Where applicable law requires parent or guardian authorisation for a minor to use online services, that authorisation is the responsibility of the parent or guardian.

If you believe we have collected personal data from a child contrary to applicable law, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

19. Advertising and Google AdSense

PixCutly and KnoLz may display third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense when advertising is enabled by the company. Advertising is currently disabled on the public website unless and until company configuration explicitly enables it after Google approval and internal readiness checks. Site ownership verification for Google does not by itself mean ads are active.

When advertising is enabled:

  • Third-party advertising. Google (and its advertising partners) may select and deliver ads on PixCutly / KnoLz pages.
  • Google advertising technologies. Google may use cookies, mobile advertising IDs, pixels, and similar technologies as described in Google's advertising and privacy documentation.
  • Advertising cookies. These technologies may support ad delivery, frequency capping, measurement, fraud prevention, and (where permitted) personalisation.
  • Personalized advertisements. Personalized ads may use information such as prior activity or inferred interests, where allowed by law and consent. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, personalized ads require an appropriate consent mechanism. Google Privacy & Messaging / a certified CMP is planned and is not claimed as active until configured.
  • Non-personalized advertisements. Where personalized ads are not permitted or not consented, Google may show non-personalized or limited ads that rely on contextual or limited technical information.
  • Data that may be processed. Technical data such as IP address, user-agent, approximate location derived from IP, page URL, and cookie / advertising identifiers may be processed by Google when ads or measurement tags run.
  • Your choices. Depending on region and configuration you may use PixCutly cookie controls (Accept All / Essential Only for first-party analytics), Google's ad settings, browser controls, and, once a certified CMP is live, withdraw advertising consent through that CMP. Withdrawal is prospective and fails closed for new ad requests where our systems honour that signal.
  • Publisher identity. Publisher identifiers for this site are associated with the AdSense account held for RD AINAN GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (ca-pub-6682413463770832).

20. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of PixCutly after an update is posted means you accept the revised policy.
