KnoLz Global Community Guidelines

Version: 1.0

Platform: KnoLz, a social and creator platform within PixCutly

Effective Date: 8 October 2026

1. Our Commitment

KnoLz is a platform for creators and audiences to share knowledge, creativity, experiences, entertainment, and ideas.

Our goal is to support authentic expression while maintaining a safe, respectful, trustworthy, and responsible environment.

These Community Guidelines apply to all KnoLz users and to content shared through Videos, Shorts, Community Posts, Blogs, Comments, Creator Profiles, and Promotions.

These Guidelines operate alongside PixCutly's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Copyright/IP Policy, AI Content Policy, and Grievance Redressal Policy.

2. Respect Others

Users must not publish or engage in:

  • Threats, targeted harassment, bullying, stalking, or intimidation.
  • Hate speech or dehumanizing attacks targeting protected characteristics.
  • Non-consensual sharing of private or sensitive personal information.
  • Impersonation intended to deceive, defraud, or harm others.
  • Content encouraging violence or unlawful discrimination.
  • Coordinated abuse or malicious targeting of individuals or communities.

Criticism, debate, satire, and differences of opinion are generally permitted when they do not violate these rules or applicable law.

3. Copyright, Ownership, and Music Licensing

Creators are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights and permissions for everything they upload.

This includes videos, images, music, background scores, film clips, sound recordings, artwork, voice recordings, and other third-party material.

Users must not:

  • Upload copyrighted material without the necessary permission, licence, or other lawful basis.
  • Assume that purchasing a song or subscribing to a music service automatically grants permission to upload or distribute it on KnoLz.
  • Upload movies, television programmes, sports broadcasts, or commercial recordings without appropriate rights or a valid legal exception.
  • Misrepresent ownership of someone else's work.
  • Circumvent copyright protections or repeatedly upload material removed for rights violations.

Fair use, fair dealing, and other copyright exceptions depend on applicable law and the circumstances. They are not automatic permissions.

Creators retain ownership of their original content, subject to the licences and permissions set out in PixCutly's Terms of Service.

KnoLz does not grant users music, film, or other third-party content licences merely by allowing uploads.

Copyright and intellectual-property concerns may currently be submitted through support@pixcutly.com or the existing PixCutly Copyright/IP Policy.

4. AI-Generated and Synthetic Content

KnoLz supports responsible creativity involving artificial intelligence.

Creators must accurately use the existing AI Involved disclosure when publishing content.

Users must not:

  • Use AI-generated identities, voices, or likenesses to deceive, defraud, or impersonate others.
  • Publish deceptive synthetic media that creates a material risk of harm.
  • Create non-consensual intimate imagery or exploitative content.
  • Use AI to facilitate harassment, fraud, or other prohibited activities.
  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as verified evidence of real events when doing so is materially misleading.

The AI Involved badge reflects the creator's declaration. It is not an independent verification or guarantee of authenticity.

AI-generated content remains subject to the same copyright, privacy, safety, and conduct rules as other content.

5. Child Safety

KnoLz prohibits child sexual abuse material, sexual exploitation of minors, grooming, and content that facilitates abuse or endangers children.

Users must not sexualize minors, solicit exploitative material, or use the platform to facilitate child exploitation.

Suspected child exploitation may be reported through support@pixcutly.com. Users should contact appropriate emergency or law-enforcement authorities where immediate danger exists.

Age eligibility and parental consent follow PixCutly's Terms of Service and applicable law. Where the law requires a parent or guardian to authorise a minor, that authorisation is required before use. This policy does not set a separate numeric minimum age.

6. Violence, Dangerous Activities, and Illegal Content

KnoLz prohibits:

  • Credible threats of violence.
  • Content encouraging terrorism, violent extremism, or criminal activity.
  • Instructions intended to facilitate serious harm.
  • Fraud, phishing, identity theft, and financial scams.
  • Illegal trafficking or exploitation.
  • Content glorifying or encouraging serious self-harm.

Educational, documentary, journalistic, artistic, or public-interest material may be evaluated in context, subject to applicable law and platform safety requirements.

7. Sexual and Sensitive Content

KnoLz prohibits child sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual coercion, and sexually exploitative material.

Pornographic or explicitly sexual content intended for sexual gratification is not permitted under these Guidelines.

Content involving health, education, art, or documentary subjects may be assessed according to its context, presentation, and applicable law.

8. Spam, Fake Engagement, and Platform Manipulation

Users must not:

  • Use bots or coordinated accounts to artificially inflate views, likes, comments, shares, or followers.
  • Publish repetitive spam, phishing links, or misleading promotions.
  • Operate fraudulent accounts or deceptive impersonation profiles.
  • Manipulate engagement or recommendation systems through abusive methods.
  • Mislead users about prizes, earnings, investments, or commercial offers.

Artificial engagement does not create entitlement to creator earnings or monetization eligibility.

9. Advertising and Sponsored Content

Promoted content on KnoLz must comply with these Community Guidelines, applicable advertising laws, and relevant PixCutly policies.

Advertisers and creators are responsible for ensuring that their promotional content is lawful, accurate, and supported by appropriate rights and permissions.

Prohibited promotions include:

  • Fraudulent or misleading financial claims.
  • Impersonation or deceptive endorsements.
  • Unauthorized use of copyrighted music, images, or other assets.
  • Illegal goods, services, or activities.
  • Promotions exploiting or endangering minors.
  • Misleading representations of affiliation, sponsorship, or guaranteed results.

A Sponsored label identifies paid placement; it does not constitute an endorsement, verification, or guarantee by KnoLz.

These rules apply to promotions that exist in the product. They are not a separate advertising policy and do not create payout or monetization rights. Any further category restrictions will be published separately.

10. Privacy and Personal Information

Users must respect the privacy and personal information of others.

Do not publish private addresses, identity documents, financial information, private communications, or other sensitive personal information without appropriate authorization or lawful justification.

Creators should obtain necessary consent when recording or publishing identifiable individuals, especially in private or sensitive settings.

Personal data on KnoLz is handled under the PixCutly Privacy Policy. That policy does not yet have a separate KnoLz section. New data uses, including planned avatar conversations, are not covered until a specific notice is published.

11. Reporting Violations

Users may currently submit concerns to support@pixcutly.com.

Reports should, where possible, include the content URL, description of the concern, relevant evidence, and contact details for follow-up.

Copyright complaints should follow the existing PixCutly Copyright/IP Policy. Privacy and other grievances may also use the existing Grievance Redressal process.

KnoLz does not currently provide a dedicated in-product viewer reporting button. This document does not represent that such a feature exists.

Reports may be reviewed and assessed according to the nature of the concern, available evidence, platform capabilities, and applicable law.

12. Content Moderation and Enforcement

KnoLz uses automated content moderation and supports certain creator-initiated human review processes.

Depending on the circumstances and available platform functionality, content may be rejected, withheld from public visibility, or removed.

Not all harmful or unlawful material can be identified automatically. A moderation approval does not certify that content is lawful, licensed, or safe.

These Guidelines do not represent that KnoLz currently operates a comprehensive strike system, user-report queue, or automated account-ban system.

Additional enforcement capabilities may be introduced through separately announced product and policy updates.

13. Review Requests and Appeals

Where the KnoLz interface offers Request Review or Request Human Review, eligible creators may use that process to seek reconsideration of certain moderation decisions.

Eligibility and availability depend on the existing moderation workflow. A human decision may be final within the current in-product process.

For copyright, privacy, and other concerns not supported by an in-product appeal mechanism, users may contact support@pixcutly.com or use the existing Grievance Redressal process.

14. Creator Responsibilities

By publishing on KnoLz, creators are expected to:

  • Share content they own or are legally authorized to use.
  • Provide accurate AI involvement disclosures.
  • Respect privacy, dignity, intellectual property, and applicable law.
  • Avoid misleading titles, descriptions, thumbnails, and commercial claims.
  • Cooperate with legitimate content and rights-related inquiries.
  • Follow relevant policies when promoting their content.

KnoLz publication does not guarantee views, reach, followers, income, monetization approval, or continued availability of content.

15. Policy Updates

These Guidelines may be updated to reflect product developments, community safety needs, legal requirements, and operational changes.

Material changes should be communicated appropriately. The published version should display an effective date and provide access to applicable related policies.

17. Originality, Content Quality & Monetization Eligibility

KnoLz encourages original, meaningful, creative, educational, informative, and entertaining content.

Publishing content on KnoLz does not automatically make it eligible for monetization.

Low-Effort and Ineligible Content

The following types of content may be excluded from monetization:

  • Mass-produced, repetitive, or substantially identical content with minimal original value.
  • Reuploaded videos, Shorts, or compilations without meaningful original commentary, analysis, storytelling, or transformation.
  • Automated AI-generated content published at scale without meaningful creative input or added value.
  • Slideshows, static images, scrolling text, or templated videos created primarily to generate views without meaningful audience value.
  • Misleading thumbnails, clickbait, engagement farming, and artificially inflated traffic.
  • Content using unauthorized copyrighted music, footage, images, voices, or other protected material.
  • Spam, deceptive content, or content primarily intended to manipulate monetization systems.

AI Content and Monetization

AI-generated content is not automatically considered low-effort content.

Creators who use AI avatars, synthetic voices, AI music, animation, or automated editing may become eligible under a future creator monetization programme when their content demonstrates meaningful originality, creativity, research, storytelling, educational value, or other substantive contribution.

If that programme is available, KnoLz may evaluate content quality and originality rather than automatically disqualifying content because AI tools were used.

Paid and Promoted Traffic

Views, watch time, or engagement generated through paid promotion or sponsored distribution are not eligible for creator monetization earnings.

Organic engagement may be evaluated separately under the applicable monetization rules.

Monetization Decisions

If a creator monetization programme is available, KnoLz may review originality, authenticity, content quality, rights compliance, and engagement integrity when assessing eligibility.

Monetization approval is not guaranteed. Detailed eligibility criteria, review procedures, revenue calculations, and appeals will be governed by a separate KnoLz Creator Monetization Policy when the programme becomes available.

Creator monetization and payouts are not currently active. These eligibility principles apply only if that separate policy is published. They do not create payout rights.

18. Interactive AI Avatar — Creator Representation & Audience Safety

KnoLz plans to introduce Interactive AI Avatars, allowing creators to offer AI-powered conversations and audience assistance through their creator hubs, including when the creator is offline.

This feature is planned and is not currently represented as available.

18.1 Identity and Transparency

  • Interactive avatars must be clearly identified as AI-powered.
  • Audiences must be informed that they are communicating with an AI system, not necessarily the human creator.
  • Creators must not use avatars to impersonate another person without appropriate authorization.
  • An avatar must not falsely claim that the creator is personally responding in real time.
  • Synthetic voices, likenesses, and identities must be used with appropriate rights and permissions.

18.2 Creator Authorization and Responsibility

Creators must have the necessary rights to any likeness, voice, name, personality representation, or materials used to configure their avatars.

Creators must not intentionally configure avatars to engage in fraud, harassment, exploitation, unlawful conduct, or misleading commercial representations.

Creators are expected to maintain accurate information and review the instructions and knowledge materials supplied to their avatars.

18.3 Audience Protection

Interactive avatars must not:

  • Manipulate users into disclosing passwords, OTPs, banking credentials, or other sensitive information.
  • Impersonate medical professionals, lawyers, financial advisers, or other regulated professionals without appropriate authorization.
  • Present unverified information as guaranteed facts.
  • Encourage self-harm, violence, exploitation, or illegal activities.
  • Generate sexual or exploitative interactions involving minors.
  • Mislead audiences into believing an AI response represents a personal promise or commitment from the creator.

18.4 Privacy and Conversation Data

Before launch, KnoLz must clearly explain what avatar conversations are collected, how they are processed, who can access them, and how long they are retained.

Creators must not use audience conversations or personal information outside the permissions and privacy controls provided by KnoLz.

Any use of conversations for AI training, personalization, or creator analytics must be covered by appropriate notices and applicable consent or other lawful grounds.

18.5 Availability and Reliability

Interactive avatars may provide automated assistance around the clock when the feature and supporting services are available.

24×7 availability must not be represented as guaranteed uninterrupted service.

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for particular circumstances.

Creators and audiences should not rely exclusively on an interactive avatar for emergencies or high-stakes decisions.

18.6 Moderation and Enforcement

Interactive avatar conversations and configurations will be subject to applicable KnoLz safety requirements.

KnoLz may introduce safeguards such as conversation reporting, creator controls, moderation, rate limits, or avatar restrictions.

These requirements apply only if Interactive AI Avatars are launched. They do not mean the feature is available now.

18.7 Commercial Use and Monetization

Interactive avatars must not make misleading sales claims, impersonate human customer-support agents, or promise outcomes that creators cannot deliver.

Any future monetization of avatar interactions, subscriptions, or paid assistance will be subject to separately published commercial terms.

Use of an Interactive AI Avatar does not automatically qualify a creator or their content for monetization.
