Digital-Only Service

PixCutly is an AI-powered digital creative platform owned and operated by Ainan Signage Company.

PixCutly provides online digital tools and services that may include image background removal and related image tools, AI creative and image tools, AI Voice (text-to-speech), AI Video generation, AI Song generation, AI BGM / music generation, AI website drafting / site builder features, and related studio experiences.

PixCutly does not sell or ship physical products for these services.

How Digital Results Are Delivered

Depending on the feature you use, PixCutly may deliver results digitally through one or more of the following methods currently supported in the product:

  • Browser preview in the PixCutly interface
  • Downloadable digital files (for example PNG, WAV/audio, MP3, or MP4, where the feature provides a download)
  • In-page audio or video playback
  • Generated creative outputs shown in a studio or tool workspace
  • Website drafts / builder previews stored for use in the browser session or account interface

Examples of current delivery patterns include:

  • Background removal / image tools: preview in the browser; HD download where account requirements are met
  • AI Voice: playback and downloadable speech audio after generation
  • AI Song / AI BGM: playback and downloadable audio (for example MP3) after generation
  • AI Video: playback and downloadable video (for example MP4) after generation completes
  • AI Website / site builder: draft and preview in the browser; publish/hosting may be limited or unavailable in early phases

Delivery is electronic only. PixCutly does not courier files or mail physical media.

AI Generation Timing

AI and image processing time can vary based on:

  • the feature used
  • input length, file size, or complexity
  • third-party AI provider performance
  • server load
  • your internet connection

Some features (especially video generation) may involve asynchronous processing and may take longer than others.

PixCutly does not guarantee instant delivery or fixed generation times.

Free Access and Limits

Free functionality may be subject to:

  • account or sign-in requirements
  • technical limits
  • rate limits or abuse-prevention controls
  • feature availability

Free access does not create a paid subscription entitlement or a live credit balance.

Current Payment Availability

As of the date of this policy:

  • Public paid checkout and payment processing are not an active purchasing flow.
  • Pricing pages, checkout screens, plan cards, or credit indicators may be informational or preview UI.
  • PixCutly is not currently activating paid subscription benefits after a successful public payment, because that payment flow is not live.

If paid digital products or services become available later, access and delivery terms for those purchases will be shown before you complete purchase.

Generation Failures and Delays

AI generation or processing can occasionally fail, time out, return incomplete results, or be delayed.

Unless a specific future paid purchase term says otherwise, or applicable law requires otherwise:

  • PixCutly does not promise automatic credit restoration or refunds for failed or undesired generations, because a live credit-billing ledger is not currently in force.
  • Billing and refund questions are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy at /refund-policy.

If a feature appears stuck or unavailable, try again later or contact Support.

No Shipping

For PixCutly's current digital services:

  • There is no courier or postal delivery
  • A shipping address is not required
  • No physical shipping fees apply
  • No shipment tracking numbers or courier status updates are issued

Those physical-delivery processes do not apply.

Professional Email

Professional Email may appear as UI or preview content. PixCutly does not currently deliver Professional Email as an active hosted mailbox or email-provisioning service under this policy.
