1. Digital-Only Service

PixCutly is operated by RD AINAN GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. PixCutly is an AI-powered digital creative and content platform.

PixCutly provides electronic delivery of supported digital assets. PixCutly does not sell or ship physical products for these services.

2. What May Be Delivered Electronically

Depending on the feature you use and what is enabled at the time, PixCutly may deliver:

  • background-removed images
  • AI image outputs
  • AI Editor exports
  • AI Voice / audio
  • AI Song, BGM, or other generated audio
  • AI Video outputs
  • other supported generated or exported digital assets

Not every output type is available in every feature. Features, formats, models, and providers may change, be limited, offered as beta or experimental, or discontinued.

3. How Digital Results Are Delivered

Delivery methods may include:

  • browser preview in the PixCutly interface
  • account, history, or library access where the feature stores results
  • direct download
  • in-product editor or workspace
  • generated file link or in-product playback

Delivery is electronic only. PixCutly does not courier files, mail physical media, or issue shipment tracking.

4. Timing and Provider Dependence

Processing and delivery time can vary based on the feature used, input size or complexity, third-party or beta providers, server load, and your internet connection. Some features, especially video generation, may involve asynchronous processing.

PixCutly does not guarantee instant delivery or a fixed generation time.

5. Credits, Payment, and Access

AI Credits, an applicable paid plan, account sign-in, or payment confirmation may be required before some processing or delivery. Feature availability and credit costs may change.

Billing, credit holds, consumed credits, and refunds are governed by the Terms of Service and the Refund & Cancellation Policy at /refund-policy.

6. Storage of Outputs

PixCutly does not guarantee that every output remains stored indefinitely. You should download and save important completed outputs.

7. Beta and Experimental Features

Avatar Video and Full Movie functionality, where shown, may be beta or experimental and should not be treated as guaranteed production services. Outputs from beta or experimental features may be delayed, limited, or unavailable.

8. Delivery Failures

Generation or processing can fail, time out, return incomplete results, or be delayed. If a completed output is not delivered as expected, try again later or contact Support.

9. No Physical Shipping

For PixCutly's digital services:

  • there is no courier or postal delivery
  • a shipping address is not required for digital delivery
  • no physical shipping fees apply
  • no shipment tracking numbers are issued
