KnoLz Child Safety Standards

Platform: KnoLz, a social and creator platform within PixCutly

Last Updated: 2 November 2026

1. Zero-Tolerance Commitment to Child Safety

KnoLz and PixCutly maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Protecting children and minors from abuse, exploitation, and harm is a fundamental requirement across all KnoLz and PixCutly surfaces.

These Child Safety Standards apply to all users, creators, and visitors on KnoLz, including content shared or transmitted through Videos, Shorts, Community Posts, Blogs, Comments, Creator Profiles, Creator Messages, Pulses, Promotions, and any AI-assisted or synthetic media tools offered on PixCutly.

These Standards operate alongside the KnoLz Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and Grievance Redressal Policy.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

Users must not create, upload, publish, store, share, request, promote, or distribute any content or engage in any conduct that involves or facilitates:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE): Any visual, audio, written, or synthetic depiction of child sexual abuse or sexual exploitation of a minor.
  • Sexualization of Minors: Content that sexualizes minors or depicts minors in a sexually suggestive, explicit, or exploitative manner, including AI-generated, edited, or synthetic media.
  • Grooming and Solicitation: Building relationships with, contacting, or manipulating a minor to facilitate sexual contact, exchange of sexually explicit content, sextortion, or offline harm.
  • Child Endangerment and Abuse: Content that depicts, encourages, instructs, or facilitates physical, emotional, or sexual harm to children, trafficking of minors, or other unlawful exploitation of children.
  • Links and External Direction: Sharing links, codes, invitations, or instructions that direct users to off-platform CSAM, CSAE, or child exploitation material or networks.

Before publishing a Short or Long Video on KnoLz, creators are required to confirm the in-product Child Safety Declaration, affirming that the video does not contain child sexual abuse or exploitation, sexualization of minors, or any content that endangers children, and agreeing to comply with the KnoLz Community Guidelines.

3. Age Eligibility and Minors

Age eligibility and parental or guardian consent follow PixCutly's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable law. Users must be legally able to enter into the Terms of Service. Where applicable law requires parent or guardian authorization for a minor to use online services, that authorization is required before use.

PixCutly is not intended to knowingly collect personal data of children in a manner contrary to applicable law. If you believe personal data of a child has been collected contrary to applicable law, please contact us at support@pixcutly.com so we can review and take appropriate action.

4. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

We provide both in-product reporting for signed-in KnoLz users and direct email reporting accessible to anyone with or without an account.

4.1 In-App Reporting on KnoLz

Signed-in users can report content (Videos, Shorts, Community Posts, Blogs), comments, and creator profiles directly within the KnoLz interface using the Report option and selecting the Child safety reason category.

  • Reports submitted under the Child safety category are flagged with child-safety priority in the KnoLz moderation review queue.
  • Signed-in users can view the status of reports they have submitted under My Reports in KnoLz.

4.2 Direct Email and Public Reporting

Anyone—whether or not they have a KnoLz or PixCutly account—can report suspected child sexual exploitation, CSAM, grooming, or other child safety violations directly by emailing:

Email: support@pixcutly.com

You may also reach us through our public Contact page or submit a formal complaint under our Grievance Redressal process.

When reporting a concern by email, please include the URL or location of the content, comment, or profile involved and a brief description of the issue so our team can locate and review the material. Do not attach, forward, or distribute any CSAM or unlawful sexually explicit imagery involving minors.

4.3 Immediate Danger

If a child is in immediate physical danger or a crime is in progress, please contact your local police, emergency services, or competent child protection authorities immediately.

5. Moderation and Enforcement Measures

KnoLz uses automated content moderation checks alongside human review workflows to help detect and address policy violations. Not all harmful or unlawful material can be detected automatically, and enforcement may rely on user reports, human review, provider signals, and other information available to us.

A report alone does not automatically remove content or issue an account penalty; enforcement actions are taken following review and an authorized decision. Where we determine that content or conduct violates our child safety rules, Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or KnoLz Community Guidelines, we may take measures including:

  • Rejecting, withholding from public visibility, restricting, or permanently removing violating content, comments, or profiles.
  • Issuing confirmed Account Health enforcement records, including warnings, strikes, or account restrictions.
  • Suspending, restricting, or terminating user accounts access to KnoLz and PixCutly services.
  • Preserving relevant account, content, and technical records where legally required or necessary for security, abuse prevention, and law-enforcement cooperation.

6. Cooperation with Law Enforcement and Competent Authorities

PixCutly (operated by RD AINAN GLOBAL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED) complies with applicable law in India and cooperates with law enforcement and other competent government or statutory authorities when legally required.

Where we become aware of apparent CSAM, CSAE, or credible threats to the safety of a child, we may preserve relevant records and report or disclose information to law-enforcement or competent authorities in accordance with applicable legal obligations and our Privacy Policy.
