Community Guidelines

1. Introduction

PixCutly is a product of Ainan Signage Company. These Community Guidelines apply to the PixCutly Creator Community, including applications and submissions of templates, videos, and related assets for review and possible publication.

These Guidelines supplement the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

2. Submissions

You must own, or have all necessary rights and permissions for, templates, videos, assets, music, fonts, likenesses, and other material you submit. Do not submit copied or stolen content.

You must not submit or publish material that involves:

• harmful impersonation
• illegal content
• harassment, hate, or threats
• sexual exploitation
• privacy violations
• malware, spam, or scams
• misleading attribution
• copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property violations

3. Review and Moderation

Creator Community submissions may be reviewed. Depending on that review and the Terms, a submission or membership may be:

• approved
• rejected
• unpublished
• restricted or otherwise limited

Publication is not guaranteed. Approved items may later be unpublished or restricted if we become aware of a problem, a complaint, or a Terms or Guidelines violation.

4. Reporting and Review Requests

PixCutly does not currently provide an in-product report, block, or appeal button for Community content. To report content or to request review of a moderation decision, contact support@pixcutly.com.

Include the relevant item, account, and enough detail for us to locate it. We may request additional information.

5. Changes

We may update these Guidelines from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect revisions.
