Affiliate Terms

1. Introduction

PixCutly is a product of Ainan Signage Company. These Affiliate Terms apply to participation in the PixCutly Affiliate Program.

Program rates, commission percentages, and similar commercial details may be shown in the Affiliate dashboard or application materials where offered. These Terms do not invent or guarantee a commission percentage, payout frequency, or earnings amount.

2. Eligibility and Relationship

Participation is subject to application, review, and continuing compliance with these Terms, the Terms of Service, and applicable law. PixCutly may accept or decline applications.

Participation does not create employment, agency, partnership, joint venture, or franchise. You may not present yourself as employed by, or authorised to bind, PixCutly or Ainan Signage Company.

3. Promotion Standards

You must:

• promote PixCutly accurately
• not use spam or unsolicited bulk messaging in violation of applicable law
• not use misleading advertising
• not impersonate PixCutly
• not create fraudulent or self-generated conversions designed to manipulate commission

4. Attribution

Referral attribution may use cookies or similar identifiers, including pix_aff and pix_aff_sid or equivalent identifiers, for a limited period (currently approximately 30 days in the product implementation). Attribution is not guaranteed for every visit or purchase. Cookie blocking, multiple referrals, expired identifiers, or other circumstances may prevent attribution.

5. Review, Reversal, and Payout

Conversions may be reviewed. Refunded, reversed, cancelled, or fraudulent transactions may be reversed from commission or otherwise adjusted.

Payout eligibility is subject to dashboard and program rules in force at the time of the request, including any available-balance, verification, and anti-fraud checks. The current Affiliate dashboard implements a minimum payout threshold of ₹1,000. PixCutly may change program rules and rates prospectively.

You are responsible for applicable taxes on amounts you receive. PixCutly does not currently operate a separate KYC onboarding flow beyond information collected for program participation and payouts.

6. Suspension

PixCutly may suspend or terminate Affiliate participation for fraud, abuse, misleading promotion, Terms violations, or other conduct that harms users or the program.

7. Changes

We may update these Affiliate Terms from time to time. The "Last Updated" date will reflect revisions. Continued participation after an update is posted means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
